Market risk
Digital assets are highly volatile. Prices can move significantly within minutes and may be subject to extended periods of illiquidity. You may lose part or all of the capital you allocate.
Liquidity risk
Some digital assets have limited liquidity. Large orders may be filled at materially worse prices than indicative quotes. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during exceptional network congestion.
Operational risk
While FortiVaultX operates redundant infrastructure, no system can be guaranteed free from outage. We publish status updates at status.fortivaultx.com.
Regulatory risk
Digital-asset regulation is evolving. Changes in law, taxation or licensing may affect the availability of certain assets, services or jurisdictions.
Custody risk
FortiVaultX holds the majority of client assets in deep cold storage and maintains insurance against external theft. Insurance does not cover losses caused by your own credential compromise where 2FA was not enabled.
